Local Mushroom ID Requests
I’m always happy to help someone identify a mushroom they have found! With that said, I do this as a hobby and may not be able to properly ID your fungus. To make things easier, I will need a photo of the top of the cap, the bottom of the cap, the stem, and growing habitat. I will also need to know the color of spores (place the cap on a plate and put a cup over it, spores will drop!) and what type of substrate it was growing on.
